Objective of Program:
The Executive Sales Development Program is designed to train and develop individuals to become successful Outside Sales professionals through innovative training to develop skills that will allow each person to position themselves as a trusted advisor and consultant. At the conclusion of this program, each individual will be able to demonstrate the core skills in establishing customer needs and providing solutions while educating customers on technologies and applications that will enhance and grow their business.
Position:
The overall objective of the Sales Associate is to assist Carousel Industries in exceeding its revenue objectives. In this role, individuals will be trained to learn how to prospect quality opportunities and develop customer relationships for the Outside Sales team. The Associate will work jointly with Outside Account Executives to close new business opportunities. The prospecting and customer service skills are essential to the development and success of any Salesperson.
