Objective of Program:
Carousel’s Executive Sales Development Program selects graduates from top colleges and universities for an 18-24 month development program designed to train and mentor individuals to become successful sales professionals. Through innovative training, this program will help develop skills that will allow each person to position themselves as a trusted technology advisor and consultant. At the conclusion of this program, each individual will have the opportunity to relocate to a Carousel region of their choice as an Outside Sales Account Executive. Position:
The overall objective of the Sales Associate is to assist Carousel Industries in exceeding its revenue goals. In this role, individuals will be trained to learn how to prospect quality opportunities and develop customer relationships for the Outside Sales team. The Associate will work jointly with Outside Account Executives to close new business opportunities. The prospecting and customer service skills are essential to the development and success of any salesperson.
