Dallas, April 16, 2014 -- Carousel Industries booth #624, a leader in mobility, data networking and converged communications, announced that it will host ongoing demonstrations during IAUG CONVERGE 2014, to be held at the Gaylord Texan Resort and Convention Center in Dallas between April 28th and April 30th. During the exhibition, Carousel will feature ongoing, comprehensive demonstrations focused on the following topics:
Managed services (presented by Mark Damphousse, Director of Managed Services, Carousel Industries): Learn how Carousel's managed services can provide business service monitoring, providing advanced reporting, out-tasking services and integration of disparate video environments.
Simplicity Cloud Solutions (presented by Rich Houlihan, Technical Director, Carousel Industries): Learn how Carousel provides solutions for voice, video & contact center, agile procurement and flexible deployment of cloud solutions.
UC & Collaboration Solutions, Featuring Lync & Scopia (presented by Tom Herr, Lead Architect, Carousel Industries, and Tony McQueen, Solutions Architect at Carousel Industries): Learn the ins and outs of Lync integration, as well as how to address issues such as mobility, security, wireless and others.
In addition to its booth demonstrations, Tony McQueen, Solutions Architect at Carousel, will host a session on the Business Communication Solutions (Enterprise Core) track, entitled "Avaya and VMware, Better Together, What you need to know to help accelerate your deployments!" The session, to be offered on April 27th between 4:45 p.m. and 5:45 p.m. and held in Grapevine C, will explain how business can take advantage of the power of virtualization using VMware solutions in an Avaya Application environment — while staying within budget and avoiding service disruption. McQueen will outline best practices and shed light on potential pitfalls that businesses should watch out for during the adoption process.
At this year's IAUG CONVERGE, Carousel will also feature a bull riding machine at its booth, and hold its annual customer appreciation event — a private, nighttime affair for its top customers — at the AT&T Stadium. This year's event will feature live music, a Texas style menu and VIP tours of the stadium.
