I wanted to send you this email and let you know how much I appreciate all of the hard work the Carousel Team showed during our project. From day one until the project's completion, every team member went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure we had a successful conversion. In all of my years of dealing with vendors and conversions, I have never experienced a completely flawless project like we did with Carousel. We truly had a "Dream Team" working on this project.

I would like to express to all of you our thanks for all your hard work leading up to the data center build out. Although we have had our share of hiccups, we have been able to install the data center hardware and connect our UPS, despite having a small window to complete the installation due to the construction at Industrial Defender. Carousel has overcome issues with the shipper not assisting Industrial Defender move a 1200lb cabinet, issues with Eaton regarding the transformer, and issues with the service technician. If it were not for the hard work of Paul, Jamie, Jeff, and Robin, we would not have made our in-service date. Their diligence has strengthened our belief that we made the correct decision in selecting Carousel to be our IP Telephony and Data Center vendor.
