Kenny Pearl Joins Carousel Industries from Avaya
Exeter, Rhode Island, April 23, 2009 — Kenny Pearl has joined Carousel Industries as an Escalation Engineer. In Kenny’s new role at Carousel he will have the responsibility for escalations that come from the Network Operations Center (NOC) as well as any executive escalations that need a higher level of attention.
Kenny comes to Carousel from Avaya where he was the number one ranked RSE in North America as a Tier III Field Engineer. He was responsible for taking critical escalations from Avaya Tier III that could not be resolved remotely and worked to bring the issues to resolution. He provided Tier III training on Avaya’s products to new hires as well as to other Tier III associates in order to bring them up to speed and allow them to take cases on their own. The RSE/RFE job put Kenny in touch with large, complex, Enterprise customers in the North East. Due to the nature of his relationship with these customers, he became their trusted technology advisor.
Kenny was also responsible for taking problem cases from the Avaya Tier III back bone team. He took action to resolve or further diagnose the issues and also gathered the necessary data to get the issues dispatched to the right level of engineer who could fix them. His RSE/RFE role with Avaya allowed him to gain an overall sense of understanding of the entire solution, no matter what products were involved. This allowed him to quickly jump in on any problem, regardless of what had been done before, and identify what needed to be done to get complex issues resolved quickly and correctly.
