UCONN technology planners reached out to Carousel for a solution to extend the strengths of their Avaya platform with a new call center architecture that offered greater flexibility and more granular reporting options. Partnering with Zeacom, Carousel Industries coordinated a joint project aimed both at implementing a Zeacom call center and updating UCONN’s existing Avaya solutions to support it.
