Overview
This course is designed to promote an interactive, instructor-guided, hands-on learning experience for system administrators involved in the day-to-day use of Avaya Communications Manager products. The course covers Avaya Site Administrator, daily ongoing administration such as COR, COS, station administration, trunk groups, and more. Course instruction includes a blend of instructor-led discussions, guided activities, and lab activities designed with administration tasks in mind.
What you'll learn
- Log into Communications Manager from a variety of administrative interfaces.
- Understand what a dial plan is, what comprises it, and how to administer and maintain one
- Administer stations, classes of service and classes of restriction.
- Understand and administer ARS and related tables
- Understand how vectors work and how to administer basic vectors and VDN
- Set up meet-me conferences
- Administer EC500 for your users
- Perform day-to-day maintenance routines such as examining logs and using troubleshooting tools provided by the system.

Course Fees
Fee for each course is $1,500. Fee will be required to be paid 2 weeks prior to the course date. Cancellation will be permitted within 10 days of the course start date. Cancellations within the allowed time will be provided as either full refund or credit towards a future course.
