Overview
This course is designed to promote an interactive, instructor-guided, hands-on learning experience for system administrators involved in the day-to-day use of Avaya Communications Manager products. The course begins with a VOIP overview and moves into a CM hardware and software architecture overview, daily ongoing administration, survivability, diagnostics on the server and gateway, and more. Course instruction includes a blend of instructor-led discussions, guided activities, and lab activities designed with administration tasks in mind.
