Course ID: CU-EX01 Avaya Modular Messaging for Microsoft Exchange
Overview
This course is designed to promote an interactive, instructor-guided, hands-on learning experience for system administrators involved in the day-to-day use of Avaya Modular Messaging with Microsoft Exchange. The course covers system architecture, system admin tools, managing subscribers, caller applications, daily ongoing administration, and diagnostics of the MM system. Course instruction includes a blend of instructor-led discussions, guided activities, and lab activities designed with administration tasks in mind.
What you'll learn
- Understand the functions of the different components of MM, where they are located, and what they do for the system as a whole.
- Understand the capabilities of the MM product and how to administer features for users.
- Perform day-to-day administration of MM.
- Understand good housekeeping principles for MM, and gain the know how to perform the routine tasks that help keep the system running as reliably as possible.
- Understand the reporting capabilities of MM, where to access certain reports, and the meaning of the data contained within each report.
