Remote Alarm Monitoring offers customers a standard of service that leads the field, with 24-hour monitoring and management of system alarms. It allows almost all problems to be cleared remotely. Here’s how it works:
- Alarms are automatically routed to our Service Center, where an Avaya Tier II technician will diagnose and clear the alarm.
- If we’re unable to clear the alarm remotely, the technician may escalate to the manufacturer to provide further testing and analysis prior to dispatch.
- Only those problems that can’t be resolved remotely are referred to dispatch. This referral typically contains diagnostic information that will help our technician clear the problem more efficiently.
