Carousel Industries of North America conducts it’s business activities under the terms and conditions of Sales Agreements.
For customers purchasing Avaya SMBS products (Small and Medium Business Systems) such as the Avaya Partner, Legend, Magix and IP Office, and their associated peripheral solutions, the document in effect is Carousel’s SMB Sales Agreement.
Carousel SMB Master Sales Agreement
For Avaya ECG (Enterprise Communications Group) products, such as the Avaya Definity, Communications Manager, Distributed Office, Audix, Modular Messaging, CMS, CCR, and their associated peripheral solutions, the document in effect is Carousel’s Master Sales Agreement.
Carousel ECG Master Sales Agreement Document
For all other manufacturer’s products, when not associated with a sale of an ECG or SMBS solution, the Carousel Master Sales Agreement is the document in effect. Some of the other manufacturer’s Carousel Industries represents, (as a partial listing only) are those from Extreme Networks, Meru, Juniper Networks, Nuance, Envox, Verint, Sonexis, Veramark, SDC, Tandberg and APC.
