Carousel Warranty Policies

ECG Standard Warranty Policy

Specified Warranty Period

The "Specified Warranty Period" is (i) twelve (12) months for Hardware, beginning on the In- Service Date for Carousel-installed Hardware and (ii) ninety (90) days for Software, beginning on the In-Service Date for Carousel-installed Software.

Warranty Procedures and Remedies

If a Product does not conform to the warranty above, End User shall notify Carousel within the applicable warranty period, describing how the Product failed to be in conformance. Carousel will (i) repair or replace the nonconforming Product, on a “best effort” basis, during normal business hours of 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, excluding Carousel Holidays.

Specified Warranty Period

The "Specified Warranty Period" is (i) one (1) year for Labor and five (5) years for Parts, beginning on the In-Service Date for Carousel-installed Hardware. Software warranty is (ii) ninety (90) days, beginning on the In-Service Date for Carousel-installed Software.

NOTE: Customers who do not purchase the 5 YEAR Warranty, will get standard 1 YEAR Warranty, which is parts and labor.

SMB Warranty Policy for Non-Maintenance Customers

If a Product does not conform to the warranty above, End User shall notify Carousel within the applicable warranty period, describing how the Product failed to be in conformance. Carousel will repair or replace the nonconforming Product, on a "best effort" basis, during normal business hours of 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, excluding Carousel Holidays.

ECG & SMB Warranty Policy with Carousel Maintenance

Warranty Procedures and Remedies

Carousel will repair or replace the nonconforming Product, in accordance with ALL the maintenance contract benefits, including rapid response times and monitoring (if applicable), during the designated contract coverage hours.

Billing for these extended maintenance benefits are free of charge during the 1 year labor warranty period.
