SmartPoint™ Assure was created to “keep the IT lights on” freeing you up to focus on core initiatives that drive value. Assure takes proactive steps to reduce and in many cases, eliminate outages from occurring in the first place. It expands upon the Essential offer with enhanced proactive services to truly become an extension of the customers’ IT team. SmartPoint™ Assure not only provides our customers with the holistic, real-time visibility they require, it includes services that help fill the IT operational gaps and value added reports for health and capacity planning.

Assure provides 7 x 24 proactive monitoring with intelligent threshold alerting, notification, escalation, and most importantly, it provides the day-to-day operational support to offload the tasks such as system administration, change management and Remote MAC functions.

Carousel is also an Avaya authorized Co-Service Delivery partner, which enables us to provide Tier 1, 2, and 3 support on Avaya Software products, and contracted access to Avaya Tier 3 & 4 Engineering, with SLA timelines.
