CU-CM02: Avaya Communications Manager Intermediate Administration
Overview
This course is designed to promote an interactive, instructor-guided, hands-on learning experience for system administrators involved in the day-to-day use of Avaya Communications Manager Products. The course begins with an in depth look at the Avaya architecture, moves on to a detailed view of administering and troubleshooting the various types of trunk groups, continues with call routing configuration, VoIP terminology, IP Telephony, and SIP signaling. Course instruction includes a blend of instructor-led discussions, guided activities, and lab activities designed with administration tasks in mind.

Fee for each course is $1,500. Fee will be required to be paid 2 weeks prior to the course date. Cancellation will be permitted within 10 days of the course start date. Cancellations within the allowed time will be provided as either full refund or credit towards a future course.
