The International Avaya Users Group (IAUG) Annual Summit held last week in Orlando was a resounding success!  With well over 2,000+ attendees, 200+ hours of educational content and 10+ dedicated networking expo hours – IAUG was THE place to be for devoted Avaya users and technology partners.

It’s worth mentioning that IAUG launched on the heels of a remarkable 16-year record of Avaya’s Leader position in the Gartner Magic Quadrant for Contact Center Infrastructure*, a status held by Avaya since the report’s inception in 2001.  With yet another solid milestone achieved, it’s obvious why Avaya has such an avid following of customers and technology partners.

Carousel was fortunate to participate as a silver sponsor at the event, equipped with a full pit crew of engineers, solution architects, executives and functional leads ready to engage.  And we did not disappoint.  Educating IAUG members on how they can get ahead of the innovation curve by partnering with Carousel and Avaya.  Our team relished every minute of the 10+ networking expo hours, connecting with attendees from all over the world for live solution demos and private 1:1 roundtables from right inside the Carousel booth.
