What do you consider the best invention/technology of all time?
Office 365 has been a great tool we’re been using within our team. The finance operations team works closely with our fulfillment department and they’ve been able to set up shared documents between the two teams that allow them to update one another and work in the documents at the same time; it has saved so much time for both teams. O365 is especially great if I am working on a project or collaborating with another department; it’s been a great tool to obtain the most current information easily and quickly.

How do you keep a healthy work/life balance?
I’ve always been a workaholic and I remember someone asked me if I had any hobbies. I couldn’t tell them one hobby I had or things I do for fun. That’s when I realized that I needed to make a change. I enjoy putting in my time and giving my heart and soul to Carousel. Though, I’ve realized I need to make time with my family & friends doing the things that I love. I’m a much better person & employee for doing it.
What are your top 3 life highlights?
1. My beautiful 5-year old niece, Caileen. She has such a funny personality and she loves to make people laugh. 2. Being the first person in my family to graduate college. 3. Being able to buy my own home. Coming from a family that didn’t have much money, it was a very proud moment in my life.
What is most exciting about being a #CarouselCrew member?
In my position, I get to work with so many different areas within the organization. I love being able to learn so much about the business.
What is the best advice you’ve ever received?
Work to live, don’t live to work. Find something that you want to do that you are passionate about and go for it. Life is too short.
