Carousel Adds Verizon Vet to Carrier Services Team

The company also named Verizon veteran Jim Barrucci to the newly created, strategic position of Verizon Program Director on its Carrier Services Team, reporting to Tim Kennedy, Carousel’s Vice President of Carrier Services.
