Get to know us! At Carousel, we’re more than 1,300 #CarouselCrew members strong, spanning 27 locations across the country. Each month, we’re excited to share a glimpse of our talented team members.
This week, meet Eric Peloso, Convergence Supervisor, with Carousel for more than six years. We sat down with Eric to learn more about what he enjoys about his career and his role model (hint: it’s a retired #CarouselCrew member!).
What do you enjoy most about your role at Carousel?
Helping both internal and external customers resolve issues, there is nothing more satisfying going home at the end of a day knowing that you have made such a positive impact to the team members that you work with to assist with product and support issues. I am always willing to jump in and assist in any situation that presents itself to better help the client. Positive feedback that is provided from our clients is such validation, especially when they remark about how Carousel managed a situation and they recognize team members within our organization.
What technology or solution do you enjoy talking about the most?
Avaya technology. It’s a partner portfolio I got started with at Carousel by supporting client environments, so it’s especially exciting to see that technology evolve and grow. Some of our largest clients rely on Avaya to do business every day—whether it’s picking up the phone to talk or to support their cloud applications.
Reach out to Carousel today to see how our talent, partner affiliations, and thousands of certifications can help you achieve your IT goals.
What is the most important thing that people should know about you?
I am always up for a challenge to assist and love seeing the team come together and make things work in a positive direction. I’m extremely passionate about the work I do—I always work and think with a client’s needs and goals in mind. I like to think outside of the box and I never take “no” or “we can’t do that” for an answer. Passion to get a clients issue resolved quickly has always been something I believe strongly in. We have a lot of passionate people that believe in what they do every day—it’s what sets the Carousel Team apart from the rest.
What technology innovation made the most impact on your life?
My iPhone. Think about it, it’s probably a device you use more than your computer. We all need to be connected and having a device in the palm of your hand that allows you to do almost anything is pretty awesome—from ordering pizza to calling for an Uber, these devices can make our days easier.

Who inspires you and why?
Carousel Retiree Deb Ricci, former Business Readiness Champion. Since I came into the organization she took me under her wing and has always been a mentor to me, assisting me when I would need direction and providing coaching moments along the way. I truly know I would not be where I am today without her and the support she has given to me along my professional career. While she is fully enjoying retirement, she is still very much an inspiration to me.
